Theodore Cabos Jr., a 62-year-old White male from Kula, Maui, went out hunting with family on the morning of November 24, 2013, and never came home. Authorities said the group was on Haleakalā Ranch property at the end of Līpoa Street in Kīhei when, around 11:36 a.m., a firearm being carried by another member of the hunting party accidentally discharged.
