Dusty Ray Green, a 30-year-old White man, died in Casper, Wyoming, on January 20, 2019, after police were called late that night to a home in the Paradise Valley area for a report that he had shot himself. Officers arrived at about 10:20 p.m., found him with a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. In the same incident, a female was also shot and taken to Wyoming Medical Center, where she was treated for her injuries.
