On a Tuesday afternoon, October 13, 2020, the life of 19-year-old Deshaun Dure, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Providence, Rhode Island. The incident unfolded around 4:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Rhode Island School for the Deaf, located in the Wanskuck neighborhood.
