On a Tuesday evening, August 9, 2016, in the small town of New Plymouth, Idaho, the life of 17-year-old Deondre Michael Kinney was tragically cut short. Deputies from the Payette County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a shooting at a residence on Highway 52 at approximately 8:15 p.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Deondre, a resident of the home, deceased from a gunshot wound.
