Antonio Drummond, a 45-year-old Black male from Dagsboro, Delaware, was killed on Monday, September 16, 2024, in Dover. The case began with what appeared to be a vehicle-related call: around 6:00 p.m., Delaware State Police troopers were sent to the 400 block of East Denney’s Road after a vehicle was reported in a ditch.
