Kevin Harris, a 49-year-old Black/African American male, died in Wilmington, Delaware, in the early hours of July 4, 2024, after a shooting in the area of North Lombard Street and East 10th Street. Police responded around 1:07 a.m. to the 900 block of North Lombard Street after reports of a shooting and found Harris wounded. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
