Raekwon Brickhouse, a 26-year-old Black/African American male from Wilmington, Delaware, was killed in the first hour of June 1, 2024, after gunfire erupted near East 3rd Street and North Lombard Street in Wilmington. Police were called to the area at about 12:58 a.m., where responding officers found him suffering from gunshot wounds. He was still alive when officers reached him, and he was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
