Randy Derrick Bolden, a 54-year-old African American male from Seaford, Delaware, died after a shooting inside a home in Dover on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. Dover police said the incident unfolded in the 400 block of River Road in the Capital Green area, where officers were called at about 10:26 a.m. for a report of shots fired from inside a residence. When officers arrived, they found Bolden inside the home suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body.
