Quinton Turner, a 39-year-old Black/African American male from Wilmington, Delaware, was killed on the night of November 28, 2023, inside a residence in the 200 block of West 20th Street. Police were called to the home around 9:06 p.m., where they found Turner suffering from gunshot wounds. The shooting had unfolded indoors, turning the residence into the center of a homicide investigation. Turner did not survive his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
