Abriana Ingram, a 21-year-old Black female from Milford, Delaware, was killed late on October 28, 2023, after a Halloween party in Selbyville spilled into violence. The gathering was taking place at a business in a strip mall at 36334 Dupont Boulevard when, according to police accounts, a fight broke out inside or around the event.
