Taylor Capri German, a 26-year-old White/Caucasian female from Laurel, Delaware, was killed on the night of September 10, 2023, after gunfire erupted near the Little Creek Apartments in Laurel. Police said the violence began when an unidentified suspect or suspects fired multiple rounds into a vehicle occupied by Taylor, a 41-year-old Millsboro man, and a third person.
