Bryan H. Pedroza Castanon, a 22-year-old White/Caucasian male, died on March 19, 2023, after what first appeared to police like a crash in Newark, Delaware, turned into a homicide investigation. Just before 6:00 a.m., New Castle County police responded to Old County Road for a possible traffic accident and found a vehicle off the roadway near a wooded area.
