Jermaine M. Snead, a 35-year-old Black/African American male from Dover, Delaware, was shot in the early morning hours of June 9, 2021, near West North Street and Simon Circle. Officers responded at about 1:33 a.m. to reports of gunfire and found him with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
