Russell Nolan Bell, a 48-year-old White/Caucasian male from Clayton, Delaware, died on Sunday, April 25, 2021, after a shooting that brought Delaware State Police to the 300 block of Hopewell Drive shortly after 1:00 p.m. Troopers were dispatched for a report that someone had been shot, and before they arrived, they were told the shooter was possibly still inside the home with another person and was armed.
