David Walton Parcher, a 70-year-old White male, died on July 28, 2020, after he was shot inside a home on Pennsylvania Avenue in Milford, Delaware. The shooting was reported in the dark, early hours of the morning, around 3:40 a.m., when Milford Police officers were sent to the residence for a possible shooting. When they arrived, they found Parcher suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
