Brian Rivers, a 35-year-old Black man, was shot multiple times on the evening of June 30, 2014, at the corner of Taylor and North Pine streets in Wilmington, Delaware. First responders and officers performed CPR at the scene before he was rushed to Christiana Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
