In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Omaha, Nebraska, the life of 39-year-old Hispanic male Aristeo Pena-Robles was tragically cut short. On July 25, 2017, at approximately 3:15 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting and discovered Pena-Robles on a sidewalk in the eastern part of the city, suffering from a gunshot wound.
