Victor Beatty, 52, a Black male, was shot late on the night of April 16, 2016, outside the ZAC Riders Motorcycle Club near 24th and Franklin Streets in northeast Omaha. Police were called at 10:51 p.m. and found Beatty and another man, 47-year-old Allen McReynolds, in the street.
