On the evening of October 18, 2024, a verbal dispute among a group of acquaintances in west Phoenix escalated into a fatal shooting, claiming the life of 25-year-old Andrue Abraham Encizo. A Hispanic/Latino male, Encizo was at a residence near 86th Avenue and Minnezona Avenue when the argument broke out and gunfire erupted.
