On the morning of November 13, 2021, in Phoenix, Arizona, a man by the name of Antonio Riggins, age 28, was shot and killed. The incident, which took place around 5:37 a.m. near 49th Avenue and Baseline Road, was preceded by an altercation. When Phoenix Police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Mr. Riggins with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
