Frank Jabbar Perkins, a 49-year-old Black / African American male, was found inside a vehicle with gunshot trauma by Tucson police on the morning of June 14, 2021. The incident occurred near the intersection of Blacklidge Drive and Country Club. He was immediately transported to a local hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries four days later, on June 18, 2021.
