In the early morning hours of April 24, 2021, the life of 21-year-old Randi Lee Gatewood was tragically cut short in a Gilbert, Arizona, home. A vibrant and ambitious young woman, Gatewood was discovered by police with gunshot injuries after they responded to a shooting call just after 4 a.m. at a residence near the 2000 block of East Boot Track Trail. Despite the immediate efforts of medical responders, she was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
