In the early morning hours of December 19, 2020, Toby Lee Uribe, a 47-year-old male, was working as a clerk at a Quick Mart on Tucson's South Side. Shortly before 3:00 a.m., two young men entered the store. One of the men proceeded to force open a beer cooler while the other aimed a firearm at Uribe. After taking merchandise, one of the men shot Uribe as they were leaving the store.
Concern for Uribe's welfare prompted a call to the Tucson Police Department shortly before 5:00 a.m. Office
