In the early morning hours of October 13, 2024, a tragic and perplexing sequence of events unfolded on U.S. Highway 20 near Earlville, Iowa, culminating in the death of 50-year-old Tijuan Devell White. White, a male resident of Robbinsdale, Minnesota, was behind the wheel of a 2014 Chevrolet Impala, traveling eastbound with two passengers.
