Miguel Angel Martinez-Luna was a 21-year-old Hispanic/Latino man whose life was cut short during the early-morning hours of September 30, 2024, inside his home in Le Mars, Iowa. At approximately 2:30 a.m., police were called to an apartment in the area of 37 Third Avenue Northwest after receiving a report of a disturbance and possible gunfire.
