John Payne, a 17-year-old male, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, on the evening of May 18, 2023. Law enforcement officers responded to the scene where they found Payne, who had succumbed to his injuries. The Jefferson County Coroner later pronounced him dead at the location of the incident.
