Joaquin Eliseo Orellana, a 30-year-old man, was fatally shot on the night of Monday, February 13, 2023, in Aurora, Colorado. The incident unfolded just before 11 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Chambers Road, near the Willow Park neighborhood.
