In the late evening of March 19, 2023, the life of 37-year-old Hispanic/Latino male John Rosario of Waterbury, Connecticut, was tragically cut short. Police were dispatched to a multifamily apartment building on Hill Street at approximately 8:45 p.m. following a report of a gunshot victim. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Rosario inside a vacant apartment, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after.
