On November 18, 2023, 16-year-old Randy Smith was fatally shot in Orlando, Florida. The incident occurred at the Metro Place Apartments, where police received calls regarding gunshots and a white SUV stuck on a parking block around 5:25 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Smith with a gunshot wound to the head.
