In the early morning hours of October 5, 2024, a senseless act of violence cut short the life of 22-year-old Stephon Jones, a male resident of Hephzibah, Georgia. The fatal encounter unfolded in the parking lot of the Oak View Place Apartments, where Jones was confronted by another man.
