Kendarrius Jarnard Spear, a 19-year-old Black male from the Lithonia area, was killed on the night of June 25, 2024, in DeKalb County after police were called to the 5900 block of Sutcliffe Square and found him on a sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds.
