In the early hours of an April morning in Atlanta, the vibrant life of 46-year-old Howard Boone, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On April 7, 2024, at approximately 1 a.m., the sound of gunfire echoed in the 800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
