In Luthersville, Georgia, on a Wednesday afternoon, the life of 19-year-old Bryant Quentin Elder, Jr. was cut tragically short. On March 13, 2024, deputies responded to a 911 call around 5:40 p.m. at a residence on College Street. Behind the home, in a storage shed, they discovered the young man, who had sustained a single gunshot wound to his chest.
