On February 14, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in DeKalb County, Georgia, resulting in the death of 19-year-old Destiny Carson. The incident took place at an apartment complex located in the 2100 block of Bedevere Circle in Decatur, Georgia. DeKalb County Police Department officers responded to a call regarding a person shot and found Carson dead with an apparent gunshot wound upon arrival.
