In the early hours of a Saturday morning in Atlanta, Georgia, the life of 18-year-old Thomas J. Lowe was tragically cut short. On January 13, 2024, at an apartment complex off Campbellton Road in the southwest part of the city, Lowe was fatally shot. The incident, which unfolded after 3 a.m., also left a 16-year-old wounded, though their injuries were not life-threatening.
