In the early morning hours of November 4, 2023, a shooting shattered the quiet of the 400 block of Daniel Street in Lagrange, Georgia. When police arrived at the scene around 12:57 a.m. following a report of shots fired, they found 33-year-old Tabious Frazier suffering from at least one gunshot wound to his shoulder.
