In the early morning hours of May 27, 2023, the life of 17-year-old Montavious Gunn was tragically cut short in LaGrange, Georgia. Officers responded to a call on Fourth Avenue around 12:30 a.m. and discovered Gunn with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was quickly transported to Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center, but despite the efforts of medical personnel, he was pronounced deceased shortly after his arrival.
