In the early morning hours of May 24, 2023, the quiet of a Lawrenceville, Georgia neighborhood was shattered by a tragic event that left two people dead and a family irrevocably broken. Mirian Farranto, a 35-year-old Hispanic female, and Christopher Farranto, 52, were discovered deceased in the driveway of their Woodington Circle home from gunshot wounds. The grim discovery was made around 6 a.m. by Mirian's teenage son, who then placed a harrowing call to 911.
