In the early morning hours of May 17, 2023, a workplace dispute in Cumming, Georgia, escalated into a fatal encounter that ended the life of 23-year-old Hamilton Samuel Darwin. The incident occurred around 7:40 a.m. at a warehouse-type business on Ivy Street where Darwin was a temporary employee.
