In the early hours of a Friday morning in Decatur, Georgia, the life of 41-year-old James Dean was tragically cut short. On February 17, 2023, while waiting for a bus at a MARTA stop on Glenwood Road near Candler Road, Dean was fatally shot in what authorities believe was an armed robbery attempt.
