Tiarra Grant, an 18-year-old from Miami, Florida, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on December 1, 2013, in the Liberty City area. The shooting took place just after midnight near Northwest 12th Parkway and 65th Street. Alongside Tiarra, another young woman, Shalaunda Williams, was also shot. Both women were transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Unit, where they were pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The incident was particularly heartbreaking for Tiarra's famil ...
