Darryl Porter, a 32-year-old man, was fatally shot on December 10, 2023, in the East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 10:40 a.m. in the 3700 block of West Lexington Street, where Porter was shot multiple times in the chest.
Following the shooting, Porter was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
