On the west side of Indianapolis, in the 100 block of South Belmont Avenue, a grim discovery was made on the evening of February 27, 2024. Inside a residence, police found 40-year-old Randy Wayne White, a male who had sustained fatal injuries. Initially described as traumatic injuries, it was later clarified that he had been shot.
