On a cold Saturday afternoon in Indianapolis, Indiana, the life of 32-year-old Brandon Jeremiah Evans was tragically cut short. On January 14, 2023, police responded to a report of a shooting on the city's east side, in the 8800 block of Rawles Avenue.
