On the evening of Sunday, July 9, 2023, the life of 26-year-old Tyrell W. Martin was tragically cut short in the St. Johns neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. Officers from the North Precinct were dispatched to the 8400 block of North Fessenden Street at 9:48 p.m. following a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered a deceased male, later identified as Tyrell Martin.
