In the early hours of a Friday morning in Lexington, Kentucky, a dispute between a group of people turned fatal, abruptly ending the life of 21-year-old Clinton Burnette Brown of Versailles. The shooting occurred around 12:30 a.m. on May 5, 2023, on Pine Street near South Limestone. When police arrived, they discovered Brown in the road with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after 1 a.m.
