In the early morning hours of October 10, 2024, a shooting in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, claimed the life of 32-year-old Daryl Hamilton. The incident, which also left another man with non-life-threatening injuries, occurred around 12:52 a.m. in the 200 block of E. Buchanan Street. Both victims were rushed to a local hospital in critical condition, but Hamilton ultimately succumbed to his gunshot wounds.
