In the late hours of a summer night in Baton Rouge, a violent encounter on Interstate 110 claimed the life of 22-year-old Antoine Bowie. Just around midnight on August 17, 2024, Bowie was driving northbound near the Government Street exit when another vehicle pulled alongside his, and gunfire erupted.
