In the late summer evening of August 16, 2024, a dispute in the Werner Park neighborhood of Shreveport, Louisiana, tragically escalated, ending the life of 35-year-old Troy Daniel-Socha Ducote. A white male, Ducote was involved in an altercation with several juveniles that ultimately led to him being fatally shot.
