In the late hours of a Thursday evening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 19-year-old Malik “Meezy” Mills was tragically cut short. On August 8, 2024, police responded to a call around 11:28 p.m. in the 5800 block of Quivera Street. Upon arrival, they discovered the young man’s body lying in the roadway. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. At the time he was found, Mills was dressed in black clothing and was wearing a ski mask.
